SEGURANÇA EM INSTALAÇÕES ELÉTRICAS: DIAGNÓSTICO E REFORMULAÇÃO TÉCNICA EM ESCOLA COMUNITÁRIA NO MARANHÃO

A segurança em instalações elétricas de baixa tensão é fundamental para a integridade de usuários e a eficiência dos sistemas prediais, especialmente em ambientes educacionais comunitários. Este estudo teve como objetivo diagnosticar e reformular tecnicamente a instalação elétrica de uma escola comunitária localizada no bairro Cidade Olímpica, em São Luís (MA), com base nas normas NBR 5410/2020, NR 10 e NT 001 da concessionária Equatorial Maranhão. A metodologia envolveu inspeção visual da instalação existente, análise da planta baixa e revisão bibliográfica normativa. Foram identificadas anomalias como a ausência de quadro de distribuição, falhas no aterramento, falta de dispositivos de proteção (DR e DPS) e uso inadequado de benjamins. A partir desse diagnóstico, foi proposto um novo projeto elétrico com dimensionamento adequado dos circuitos, instalação de sistemas de proteção e redimensionamento da carga elétrica, resultando em maior segurança, eficiência energética e conformidade técnica. O estudo contribui para a prevenção de acidentes elétricos e destaca a importância de práticas normativas na infraestrutura de instituições públicas. Conclui-se que a adequação das instalações é imprescindível para garantir segurança e funcionalidade em espaços educacionais.
