PARTICIPAÇÃO POPULAR COMO FERRAMENTA DE RESOLUÇÃO DE PROBLEMAS NA REDE DE ENSINO PÚBLICA DO ESTADO DO MARANHÃO

O presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a participação popular como uma ferramenta de resolução de problemas na comunidade escolar do Estado do Maranhão. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e análise qualitativa, com base nos autores Paulo Freire (1967) e Libâneo (1994). A pesquisa permitiu identificar as contribuições e benefícios que a participação popular pode proporcionar para educação, evidenciando sua importância para o desenvolvimento de um ensino com maior qualidade, autonomia, democracia e cidadania dos envolvidos. Conclui-se que a participação popular pode promover uma educação de qualidade e ao mesmo tempo democrática. Este trabalho contribui para a apresentação de possíveis ferramentas para melhorar a educação quanto para a criação de uma cultura organizacional positiva do ambiente escolar do Estado do Maranhão.
